(Mashed avocados, diced white onion, cilantro, diced tomatoes, lime, sea salt, diced jalapeño).
*pro tip: keep the avocado seed in the dip to preserve the “freshness” and “green-ness” of the dip!

 
 

AVOCADO SALAD

Ingredients: avocado cubed, tomato sliced/cubed, red onion sliced, sea salt, lemon juice, cilantro *another play off your guacamole 💯 *You can make so many spin off dishes using avocados, tomatoes, onions, cilantro and lemon. 

GUACAMOLE Salsa🤤🥑

Ingredients:

- 2 avocados

- 2 squeezed limes

- 4 cubed tomatillos

- 1/2 small onion sliced

- cut jalapeño peppers (depends on how spicy you want it!) **you want to include the seeds

- 1 bunch cilantro chopped

- salt (to your liking)

- 1 cup water  Combine, blend, enjoyyy 

 
 
Kale Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
- Cooking spray
- 5 cups packed chopped kale
- 1 (.75 oz) pkg chives
- 1 (16oz) container fat free cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup grated feta cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 (9oz) pkg frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and patted dry
- Assorted vegetables, for dipping

Step 1: Preheat oven 400 F. Lightly coat 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray. To a large microwave-safe bowl, and the kale and 1/4 cup water. Cover. Microwave 2 min, until wilted. Drain well. Finely chop the chives.

Step 2: in a food processor or blender, puree the cottage cheese, egg, feta, lemon juice, and nutmeg until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to bowl with kale and combine

Step 3: chop the artichokes and put into kale mixture along with chives, reserving 2 tsp as garnish. Spread mixture in baking dish. Cover and bake 18 min, until hot in center. Garnish with reserved chives and serve with vegetables.

Detox Dip
Ingredients:

-Ingredientes : 

Cooked lentils, garlic, onion, lemon, spinach, basil, parsley, celery, peppermint, yogurt, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and spices (garlic, sweet pepper).


Lentejas cocidas, ajo, cebolla, limón, espinacas, albahaca, perejil, apio, la hierbabuena, yogur, aceite virgen extra, sal, y especias (ajo, pimienta dulce).
 

What to do:

-Combine everything in a food processor


Cómo hacerlo:

- Cortar las verduras (zanahorias, pepino, tomates) en bastones para poder dipear con la salsa
