Persimmon (kaki) Banana Oat Bread 🌟


- 2 cups ground oat meal
- 3 large overripe bananas
- 1 persimmon pealed and cubed
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp @knowfoods chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of sea salt

What to do 
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. in a small pot over medium heat, add smashed bananas (mine were frozen), and cubed persimmon. Allow to heat. Mix frequently. This will soften the kaki and bring out juices of both fruits. 
3. In a separate bowl add oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon to bowl and stir
4. Add in two eggs
5. add in banana and persimmon mixture to oats/egg mixture and stir well
6. Add in desired amounts of chocolate chips (can add walnuts too here!)
7. Put in baking pan , and place in oven for 45-60 minutes

CrockPot Chocolate Pumpkin Bread [GF]

*if you like a nice, minimally sweet bread, this is for you! Hits the spot as a snack or dessert.

What you will need: - 2 1/2 cups GF oats
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree - optional: coconut shreds, nuts, and chocolate chips

What to do:
1. Whisk together dry ingredients. Set aside.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to a mixer and blend until combined.
3. pour the dry mixture into the wet in the mixer and blend on low until incorporated.
**The batter will be thick!
4. Grease your crock pot then spread the batter onto the bottom.
5. Add toppings if desired.
6. Cover and cook on low 3 1/2 hours or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
7. Uncover and allow to cool 30 minutes before slicing.

🌟 Baked oatmeal 🌟 . 

What you will need:
- 6 medium spotty bananas
- 4 cups of oatmeal
- 2 cups of Chobani
- 2 cups of almond milk - 1 tablespoon baking power
- 1 table spoon baking soda
- Teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Crushed Walnuts on top *Approximate Ingredients... vary based on consistency

What to do?
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spread in a nonstick tray and put in oven at 350 F, for about 65min!

GF oatmeal banana apple chunk bread 😍

🍌 SIMPLE 7 Ingredients:
- 2 cups old fashion oats
- 2 eggs
- dash of cinnamon - 1 medium apple (peeled and cubed)
- 1 tsp baking soda - 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 large very ripe bananas


🍎 What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. 
2. Add all ingredients (besides apple cubes) to a blender and blend until smooth and well combined. 
3. Add apple cubes 
4. Pour batter into loaf pan. 
5. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Avocado Banana Bread

(makes two loafs)
- 3 cups cup oat flour OR almond four
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup avocado
- 1 1/2 cup banana
- 4 teaspoons All natural syrup or honey
- 3 tablespoons Coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- Add ins! Walnuts, pecans, chocolate chips

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- line 2 8x4 inch loaf pans with parchment paper
- Large bowl: mix flour, baking soda, salt
- Add avocado, banana, coconut oil, vanilla, syrup, egg into food processor and blend!
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix
- Add in extras!
- Evenly distribute into the two pans - Bake for about 50 min!

HEALTHY Banana Nut Bread 🍌 
Flourless, oil free, sugar free! 



• 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce

• 2 eggs

• 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 ½ medium or 2 large bananas)

• ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• ½ teaspoon salt

• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

• 1 ¾ cups old fashioned oats

• optional: ½ cup mix-ins like chopped walnuts or pecans

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, beat the applesauce And eggs, then add in the mashed bananas and milk and whisk!
3. Add the baking soda, vanilla, salt and cinnamon, and whisk to blend. 
4. stir in the oats. Some lumps are ok! 
5. Add in your additional mix-ins
6. Pour the batter into your greased loaf pan and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. 
7. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

5 Ingredient Oat Pancakes



- 6 large eggs

- 2 cups old fashion oats

- 1 tablespoon vanilla

- 1 cup frozen blueberries*

- 2 cups fat free cottage cheese


*can choose to add in a splash of cinnamon 

waffles—> pancakes... who cares the shape or size..if they turn out to be the most deliciously tasting 5 ingredients you have ever put together!


With the inspiration from “Savory” magazine, my twin sister made these at home. Originally supposed to be just 4 ingredient pancakes, @sabrinaflores317 added in frozen blueberries and also cooked these as pancakes. According to her (and an empty plate post dinner evidence), these were demolished by my family who is home in NJ. 


Step 1: combine all ingredients into mixer and blend

Step 2: preheat and grease pan. 

Step 3. spoon out mixture in small circles onto pan. Flip once golden brown, and repeat for other side. Repeat until all mixture is used

Step 4: lick the remainder of the bowl

Step 5. Enjoy the pancakes!

PAN DE CALABAZA​ (Pumpkin Bread)


- 1 1/2 cups of mashed pumpkin (calabaza)
- 1 1/2 cups of banana (plátano)
- 1 1/2 cups oats (avena)
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda (bicarbonato de sodio)
- 1tsp baking powder (levadura)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla (vainilla)
- 2 eggs (huevos)
- 1 cup yogurt (yogur )
- chocolate chips for fun!

Smash all together, throw it into the oven at 325F for an hour, and enjoy!!

Banana Carrot Oat Bread

- 2 cups oat flour (2 tazas de avena)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon (1 cucharita de canela)
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt (3/4 cucharita de sal)
- optional 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 3 mashed, overripe banana (3 plátanos)
- 4 medium finely shredded carrots (4 zanahorias cortadas)
- 1/4 cup honey (1/4 taza miel)
- 2 eggs (2 huevos)
- 1/2 cup of milk of choice (1/2 taza de leche — tu preferencia)
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract (2cucharitas de vainilla)
- Optional: crushed walnuts, coconut, etc (opcional:nueces , coco)

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9×5 pan, or line with parchment. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. If desired, you can add 1/2 cup crushed walnuts and/or a handful of shredded coconut. Whisk liquid ingredients—including carrot and banana—in separate bowl. Pour wet into dry, and stir to form a batter. Smooth into prepared pan. Bake on the center rack 37 minutes, then do not open the oven door at all but turn off the heat and let sit in the closed oven 10 additional minutes. If still undercooked at this time, simply turn the oven back on and continue baking—checking every 5 minutes–until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean. Let cool. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Taste and texture are much better the second day (and even better the third day as it gets sweeter).



*One Ingredient* dessert: pumpkin!
What to do?
1. Go to the market and buy a pumpkin
2. Chop it into slices
3. Throw it in the oven at 150 F for 50 min!
(Sprinkle sea salt and cinnamon on if you would like!)
I eat the whole pumpkin— the skin, seeds,and inner flesh. Keeps all the fiber and nutrients and I love the texture combinations!

Apple Oat Crisp Bread (GF)
Pan Crujiente de Manzana y Avena

-3 medium apples (about 1.25 pounds)
- 1/8 or ¼ cup honey
- 2 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- dash of sea salt πŸ”„
(Ingredientes: 3 manzanas medianas, 1/8-¼ taza de miel, 2 tazas de avena suave, 2 huevos grandes, 1 cucharadita de vainilla, 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio, 1 cucharadita de canela, Poquito de sal)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 9x5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
2. Core and chop the apples. Keep the peel on ! —unless you want or need to take it off.
3. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes
5. Let loaf cool completely in loaf pan. Store bread in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
